Fujitsu/ScanSnap released an updated version of ScanSnap Manager (v7.0 L30) and it works quite well with Evernote 10. I can scan directly into Evernote 10 from my s1300i scanner. The only thing that isn't as it used to be is that the scanning always goes to the default notebook rather than the notebook which last had focus. ScanSnap Home allows you to register your favorite scan settings for the ScanSnap as a profile. Multiple user-friendly profiles are available by default. For details, refer to What is a Profile? Profiles are displayed both on the touch panel of the ScanSnap and in the scan window of ScanSnap Home.
