Start Zoom Meetings and make Zoom Phone calls with flawless video, crystal clear audio, and instant screen sharing from any Slack channel, private group, or direct message using the /zoom slash command. The Zoom app for Slack can be installed individually by any Slack user with a Zoom account or be deployed to the whole organization centrally. If you’re using Slack in a browser, you won’t see this option in your preferences, but you can use the keyboard shortcut above instead. From your desktop, click your profile picture in the top right. Choose Preferences from the menu. Click Accessibility. Under Zoom, select your zoom level. Tip: While the zoom level preference isn’t available for the Slack mobile apps, you can adjust text size on iOS devices from. Visit the Zoom app page in the Slack App Directory. Click Add to Slack. From the Zoom website, click Add to Slack. Click Allow to grant Zoom access to Slack.

How can I use Zoom from within Slack?

In any Slack workspace that is connected with Zoom, you can use the following Zoom commands:

/zoom

This command will launch an instant meeting.

/zoom meeting [topic]

This command will launch an instant meeting with the topic you provide in place of '[topic]'.

/zoom join [meeting id]

This command will let you join a meeting already in progress.

/zoom help

This command will list all the Zoom commands you can use from within a connected Slack workspace.
